Midnight Express Cleaning uses as its guide, the Victorian Cleaning Standards
The aim is to provide:

• Clarity for cleaners, supervisors and managers
• An effective aid to cleaning contract management.

The relationship of outcomes and inputs in the cleaning quality cycle;

• Inputs –. Inputs include staff, equipment and materials.
• Outputs – Cleaning and Laundry Services, Delivery of Consumables
• Processes – Procedures that use the inputs to produce an output.
• Outcomes – A clean and safe environment
• Quality systems – The structure, procedures, and resources required to implement quality management.
